The Yemeni Forum in Belgium held in Antwerp, with the sponsored of IOM Belgium and Luxembourg, a dedicated workshop for asylum seekers. The session covered essential information on asylum procedures, the rights of asylum seekers, the 2026 Dublin Regulation updates, as well as legal options after rejection.
The workshop was delivered by Eng. Ghadeer Abdulwahab, Head of Projects at the Forum and member of the IOM Diaspora Advisory Board, and Eng. Waleed Mohammed Mothana Al‑Dahbali, President of the Yemeni Forum in Belgium. They presented the latest legal developments, followed by an interactive session addressing similar individual cases.
The event concluded with a warm social gathering featuring traditional Yemeni food and the exchange of Eid Al‑Adha greetings.
